At least twenty people have been injured in a serial blast that took plce at different areas of the city this evening. The first blast took place at 6.15 pm in and auto rickshaw in the Gaffer market of Karol Bagh area followed by a series of blast in M block market of Greater Kailash and Gopaldas Bhawan in Connaught Place. Why our intelligence and police always fails in detecting them in time.Worse was the case in Rajasthan,where the police was already aware and had a report in their cupboard,which never opened.
